
To modify the behavior of a Mail component, double click on the component name located in the central workspace, it opens a popup window called "Component Configuration Window". The following figure shows the window for the component:

The first field of the window shown in the figure above is a field called "Name Component", in this you can enter a name for the component. Then there are a number of fields described below.
- smtp host: SMTP Server.
- user smtp: SMTP User.
- SMTP password: Password of SMTP service.
- SMTP port: Port SMTP, port 25 is used by default.
- smtp timeout: timeout in seconds for the SMTP service.
- wordwrap: wrapping email.
- wrapchars: Number of characters for setting lines of email, by default 76 characters are set.
- mailtype: type TEXT or HTML email.
- charset: character set (utf-8, iso-8859-1, etc..).
- crlf: New default line is set to "\ n".
- newline: New default line is set to "\ n".
- Email From: Email Sender email.
- From Name: Name of the sender.
- Reply Email: E-mail account for response.
- Reply Name: Name for the response email.
- Email To: E-mail recipient, you can add multiple email accounts separated by commas.
- CC Email: Send copy of email to, you can add multiple email accounts separated by commas.
- BCC Email: Send Mail to Bcc, you can add multiple email accounts separated by commas.
- Subject: Email Subject.
- Message: Mail Message.
- Alternative Message: Alternate Mail Message.
At the bottom of the window are three buttons appear: Save, Apply, Cancel. The Save button: Saves the changes made to the component and close the window. The Apply button: Saves the changes made to the component without closing the window. The Cancel button: Closes the window without saving changes to the component.
